(1) The Commission may engage the services of domestic and foreign experts or specialized bodies in the relevant subject as required to carry out any work in accordance with this Act.
(2) The appointment, work, duties and rights, service conditions and facilities of the expert and specialized bodies providing services according to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Commission.
(3) If the Commission requires the services of any agency or organization, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the related agency or organization shall provide the services to the Commission as requested by the Commission.
